Sizing and fit
How do I know what size to order?
Measure the widest part of each nail in millimeters and match it to our size chart. Every set arrives with ten sizes, so you are choosing a size band rather than one exact width. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
What if the set does not fit?
Message us your measurements before you apply anything and we will send the right sizes. Once a nail has been filed or applied we cannot exchange it, so it is worth measuring first.
Can I file them down?
Yes. You can shorten and reshape any set with a regular file. Work slowly from the sides inward and stop before you reach the painted design.
Wear and care
How long do they last?
With adhesive tabs, three to five days. With nail glue, up to fourteen. Prep makes more difference than anything else: a clean, dry, lightly buffed nail roughly doubles how long a set stays put.
Will they survive the heat and humidity here?
Yes, but glue holds much better than tabs once the air gets sticky, especially from March to June. The one thing that undoes a set is applying it with damp or sweaty hands, so prep somewhere cool and let each nail dry fully before you press it down.
What about rain and going in and out of aircon?
Neither will lift a properly applied set. Getting caught in the rain is fine once the first hour has passed. Pat your hands dry instead of rubbing, and press each nail down again once they are dry.
Can I really wear the same set again?
Yes, that is the point of them. Remove gently, lift the old adhesive off the back of each nail, and store the set back in its case. Most people get several wears from one set.
Can I wash dishes and shower?
After the first hour, yes. Very hot water and long soaks will shorten how long they last, so gloves help if you are doing a lot of dishes or laundry by hand.
How do I take them off?
Soak your fingertips in warm soapy water for a few minutes, then ease each nail off from the side with a cuticle stick. Never pull one straight off, because that takes a layer of your natural nail with it.
Orders and delivery
How long will delivery take?
Two to three working days in Metro Manila and three to five for provincial addresses. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your set is on its way.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes, anywhere in the country, Luzon to Mindanao. Island and far provincial addresses can take a few days longer than the estimate, and a typhoon or a holiday rush will slow the courier down for everyone. We will tell you if we know your parcel is delayed.
What should I put as my address?
House or unit number and street, barangay, then city or municipality and province. The landmark box matters more than people expect: a gate color, a nearby sari sari store or a corner name saves the rider a phone call and often saves you a day.
How much is shipping?
Your exact rate depends on where you are and appears at checkout once your city and province are filled in. Free shipping over ₱1,500. Local pickup is free by appointment. Metro Manila 2 to 3 days, nationwide 3 to 5 days.
How can I pay?
We currently accept Bank transfer. Bank transfers are confirmed once the payment clears, usually within one working day.
