Shipping

We deliver to addresses across the Philippines, from Luzon to the Visayas and Mindanao. We do not ship outside the Philippines at the moment.

Current delivery estimates: Metro Manila 2 to 3 days, nationwide 3 to 5 days. These count working days from when your order ships and do not include public holidays.

Orders paid by bank transfer ship once the payment clears.

Far provincial and island addresses can take longer. Typhoons, floods and the holiday rush slow couriers down for everyone, and if we know your parcel is delayed, we will tell you.

Delivery cost depends on where you are. The exact amount appears at checkout once your city and province are filled in, so you always see it before you pay.

Free shipping over ₱1,500. It is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.

Pickup is free and available by appointment. Choose it at checkout and we will message you when your order is ready to collect.

As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. If the tracking has not moved for two working days, reply to that email and we will chase the courier for you.

Please double check your mobile number and address at checkout, and use the landmark box if your street is hard to find. It saves the rider a phone call and often saves you a day.

If a delivery fails and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange another attempt.

Check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged or something is missing, take a photo and message us within 7 days of delivery, and we will sort it out under our Returns and Refunds policy.
