This website is operated by LCO Jewelry Nails, a press on nail brand based in the Philippines. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean LCO Jewelry Nails.

• You need to be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it with you.
• Please give us accurate details. We rely on your name, mobile number and address to get your order to you.
• Keep your account password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
• Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, disrupt it or copy it in bulk.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email, and that is when a contract between us is formed. Under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), an electronic confirmation like this is as valid as a paper one.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund it in full. We may also cancel an order that looks fraudulent, or one placed at a price that is clearly a mistake, and refund anything you paid.

All prices are in Philippine pesos and include any applicable tax. Delivery is shown separately at checkout, before you pay.

We currently accept Bank transfer.

For a bank transfer, we reserve your order and ship it once the payment clears.

We work hard to keep prices accurate. If a clear error slips through, we will contact you before we process the order rather than charge you the wrong amount.

We deliver across the Philippines. Current estimates: Metro Manila 2 to 3 days, nationwide 3 to 5 days. The full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Once your parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, it is in your care.

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains exactly what we can accept and how refunds are paid.

Every set is shaped, painted and finished by hand, so small differences between sets are normal and part of what makes them handmade. Colors can also look slightly different from one screen to another.

Each set comes in ten sizes. Please check your fit with our size guide before you order, because a set that has been applied cannot be exchanged.

• Press on nails are a cosmetic product for healthy natural nails. Do not apply them over broken, infected or irritated nails or skin.
• Nail glue bonds skin in seconds. Keep it away from your eyes and out of reach of children. If glue gets on your skin, do not pull the skin apart; soak it in warm soapy water until it releases. If glue gets in your eye, rinse it with water and see a doctor.
• If you notice redness, swelling, itching or pain around a nail, remove the set and speak to a doctor.
• Follow the steps in our application guide, and never pull a nail straight off.

Custom sets are made to the brief you send us. We confirm the design, price and timing with you before we start, and work begins once you accept our quotation.

Because a custom set is made for you alone, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives faulty or does not match what we agreed, our returns policy applies as usual.

If you apply to become a reseller, the terms shown in your application and approval, and in the reseller area of your account, apply alongside these. We may approve or decline any application.

Reviews should be honest and about the product. We may decline or remove a review that is offensive, misleading, off topic or shares another person's details.

By posting a review, you allow us to show it on this website. If you tag us in a photo on social media, we will ask before sharing it and we will credit you.

The designs, photographs, text and branding on this website belong to LCO Jewelry Nails or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links, and to post photos of sets you bought from us. Please do not copy our designs, photos or text to sell or promote other products.

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit for their purpose, as the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) requires.

We are not responsible for harm caused by using a product against the instructions supplied, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes or courier disruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that Philippine law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792) and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967).

If you have a complaint, please tell us first and give us the chance to put it right. If we cannot resolve it together, you can bring it to the Department of Trade and Industry.
